Since our founding in 2004, we have prioritized DE&I as a core element of our mission, shaping our workforce, partnerships, and community impact.
Currently, 100% of our managerial roles are held by Black and Hispanic women, and our staff, board of directors, and volunteers fully reflect the mission and community we serve.
